Nothing locks the bar on the car interior hooks.
My intention was to keep it in place, in the vehicle, since I travel quite a bit. Unless there is weight on the bar at both ends, it does not stay hanging across the back seat.

- Loved the rubberized covering and the dividers. Keeps hangers in place and quiet while driving.

- May obstruct backseat passengers' visibility
