I love how honest this website can be, when you’re looking for an employment opportunity there are so many things going through your mind in regards of what will or won't work out with any employer! It's great being able to get all these reviews about potential employers before making big decisions such as interviews/acceptances etc. Sometimes people have different opinions from one person who has worked at the same position within the workplace but not necessarily directly working under them - which adds trustworthiness into the equation (and sometimes even proves otherwise). For me personally this helps eliminate some bias because now both parties know exactly where we stand without lying. The ability for users of glass door, as well an employer or recruiter can see what other people are saying about them in terms if reviews from current/former employee's perspective which helps us make better decisions when hiring new candidates! Nothing so far but I am sure there will be many more features added soon by this amazing software provider with great customer support team who cares very much abt our needs & feedbacks!
