The ability to track candidates and manage their information is just amazing! It has made recruiting simple & efficient for our business. I've heard some issues with reporting, but this seems resolved now that they are going through their updates from last year. Make sure you go through all of it before deciding if its right fit or not -- there was nothing wrong as such, but we were looking for something more in depth than what they offer. We have been able to streamline many processes thanks to iLancer. Our recruitment process was very cumbersome when done manually so now everything is streamlined (from candidate submission to onboarding) with iLancer. iLancer is a great tool for freelancers. The interface is easy to use and understand. The tool is very user friendly and provides you with all the features you need as a freelancer. I've had no problems using the tool. I would recommend the tool to all freelancers. I've realized that iLancer has made my job much easier. The tool has made my job easier and has helped me to keep track of my projects.
