Questionable quality

My daughter loved this harness when we first got it. She breaks away from traditional groups. However, the strap broke after about a week of wearing. The pen fell out and could not be found. It's not a pin that connects the bracelet to the watch, it's a bracelet that connects the scrunchie to the piece of metal. We're disappointed with how quickly it fell apart.
