Too hard for an active toddler.
My daughter loves animal prints so we got her one for Christmas. She is a size 7 and they were slightly narrower than her feet. She doesn't like wearing them for long because they rub against the back of her heels. They're pretty tough too. So now she wears them when she doesn't have to wear them.
