I like that they have such an extensive list for different integrations, including those with Salesforce which is not widely used in our business so far compared to others! They do help keep up with all these new technologies out there but at times can be somewhat confusing if one isn't familiar enough yet (especially when it comes time setting everything). Also sometimes their UI needs work since we are relatively unaccustomed using them as opposed some more popular ones (such us Zapier or Intercom) where things look much better. We use this mainly just between internal applications within my organization. It helps reduce duplicate data entry from multiple apps into 1 place - especially across various departments/positions etc.- helping cut down cost by reducing double entries needed otherwise; also makes certain processes easier overall without having separate people entering info separately throughout each process instead only once here via DIGIBEE's API interface then able access any changes elsewhere instantly through its own database system too.
