Review on Butora Brava Black Knit Size Boys' Shoes by Emanuel Frison

My 6.5 year old son wears a size 1.5-2 shoes. I measured his foot last night and from heel to toe his foot is pretty much 8 inches long. We ordered a size 2 of this climbing shoe and thought it had some room in the toes, although not too much. We're a size 2 and wow we can't even fit my son's foot in this shoe, he's WAY small. We returned a size 2 and ordered a size 5. We received this item last night. My son was able to put his foot in it, but even without socks, his toe touches the toe of the boot. It won't work anyway. His feet are growing fast and a size 5 will probably be too small for him in a few months. We're returning a 5 and ordering a size 7. We're hoping the 7 is big enough for him to wear with a sock for a while and then switch to no socks to last as long as possible. I'll update once we try them on him and see how they fit. Overall this shoe appears to be of good quality. We received the green-bluish-turquoise shoes and the colors are the same as the picture. I'm happy with the quality of the product but I'm disappointed with the size. UPDATE: This shoe is not available in a size 7. The next size up is 11 so it looks like we won't be buying these shoes at all.
