no color change but otherwise as expected

My kid loved the color change but they don't change in hot or cold water. Usually such toys change from the heat of the skin touching the plastic, and even that was disappointing at first. In general, the purchase of this item has not resulted in a change in color, the toys themselves (we have both Luca and Alberto) are as expected. Basic plastic like other Disney Pixar toy figures they've released in the last year or so.

Designed with realistic movie detail, this action figure really brings Lukas' character to life in his aquatic glory, with colors that change when wet!
