Too bulky to wear under regular clothing but will fit under a sweatshirt or jacket. The support is phenomenal! Corrects posture instantly. The straps that run under your arms hurt terribly after an hour or so, but putting strap pads on them greatly reduces this problem. I don't wear this out of the house, but it makes me feel great after a long day at the computer. It's hard to wear while seated, so I wear it when I'm cooking dinner, vacuuming, etc. The extra plastic or metal inserts are a nice touch, although I haven't tried them yet. As a very versatile product, they have covered all the bases to create the best option for everyone.
