The Phixnozar Memory Travel Pillow has arrived and I am very happy with it. I read many reviews and was interested in some others but finally settled on this one and I'm glad I did. It's a lot more compact than I expected, but that makes it really good! See photo versus standard type (red) which is flatter and not as hard and not shaped for adequate support. The red pillow's external measurement is 13 1/2 inches, side to side; the Phixnozar is 10 1/2 inches (10 inches front to back). The inner diameter of the red pillow is 4" (side to side) x 6" (front). on the back); on the Phixnozar it is 4 1/2" x 5" but can be expanded to 4 1/2" x 4 1/2". than the average neck). It offers support where it's needed (all around, actually) but isn't bulky at all. I've used it in a regular chair at home and expect it to work great on a plane or car. Good balance of stiffness/comfort - no foam smell at all. I recommend it!
