I bought preemie because the girl came early and bathed in all her clothes. The material is nice but the pattern around the collar feels itchy. The big problem is that the cut is too wide. like a 3 month size, just cut off. My little 10 lb shirt is a perfect length, but the whole thing is so wide that her arms keep falling out of the collar area because the opening at the neck is almost shoulder-width. Note that premature babies don't have that much fat!
