Review on Elviros Cervical Ergonomic Orthopedic Contoured Bedding by Ismael Hennigan

This pillow is very hard and too thick to ensure the correct position of the neck. I gave it 3 weeks and went from mild neck pain to really bad neck pain. It really is a pillow from hell. I'm a physiotherapist. I understand everyone needs a little bit differently but wow that was bad for me. My head didn't fit in the recess at all, my head was being pushed forward which made me snore more (ideally the head should be able to tilt with the chin up to open the airway). When I lie on my side the pillow is so hard it dislocates my jaw and cracks my jaw. Finally packed and sent back.
