Overall surprisingly compatible (with my 10.5 inch iPad Pro) and extremely useful product in the 2 weeks I've had it. Different keyboard shortcuts between Z and . and the spacebar, however, sometimes very annoyingly refuses to register when pressed. I haven't found a clear/reliable solution to this problem yet, and haven't identified any specific circumstances in which it occurs, but it's getting better with time +/- presumably with charging (even if the battery gauge shows >75% charge). ) or my iPad. That wasn't a big hurdle, but it was a test of patience/restraint in meeting deadlines.
