This item is defective. The charging cable is not included in the charging port. Therefore, the charger cannot be charged. People complain on Reddit, so this is a common problem. Everyone in the company knows about it. But apparently it doesn't do anything, no doubt because it makes money from this elementary and obvious bug. I spoke to Revain about his return.
