For the most part this bag is exactly what I wanted; a few little things that would make it better. To make it perfect: the soft part of the straps could be a bit longer and wider; Make the bag more convenient - the side water bottle pocket needs a top strap to secure the bottle; my bottle fell out. The bottom of the empty package has no structure; If there is something at the top, the bag will not fit properly. I put the folder in the computer slot to support the bag. However, I still love the bag. I would have given 5 stars if a small portion of one of the zipper's seams hadn't started to tear. It's easy to fix but I didn't give 5 stars. Overall the bag works for what I wanted.
