After the renovation - perfect!
"Slots" are inconvenient to use. I needed a box of colored pencils. The manufacturer may not have glued and stapled the dividers to make them more adaptable for different artists. I actually ripped out the dividers, then had to hammer the clip flat and then glue the felt in place to make sure I didn't get knocked out by "clips". After that, ALL my pencils fit perfectly! Once I've picked the colors I'm going to use for my design, it's great because you put them on top of the closed box and hold them in place. The bottom drawer is great for erasers and blenders!
