The customer support team is very responsive, quick to fix any issues we face as well as providing additional solutions for us if they are not available immediately. It's easy to use and has all our needs included in one platform. I have no dislikes aside from wanting more integration with other platforms like HubSpots or Drip so that you can leverage them's abilities too! I recommend using this tool only after trying several others because it does everything you need right now and integrates smoothly across your content management system as well your sales funnel tools. We've had great success getting leads through our website compared to the competition out there. They also allow us to track exactly which pages people go to within our product when looking at different options versus finding ways to improve. I like the AI-compare product, it makes my work easier. I dislike the fact that all the files are in an archive format, I would like to be able to keep them in the database, so I can easily access them. I would recommend the product, but I would like to have the option to save the files in my database. I solve the problem of tracking and comparing the results of the different options of a company.
