A small pin in the shape of a classic pink typewriter - beautiful! It is made of durable metal. The rear pin is a clasp that you press and it stays in place. It is easy to put on and take off. It comes in a nice box but when you open the box the needle is just in a plastic bag. It would be nice if it was attached to something inside - that would be better. Overall this is a cool needle.
