I have no idea why this thing has such a high rating. It feels very cheap, it wiggles in all directions, the hinges are either very loose or won't move, the latch that attaches the monitor to the arm doesn't bend and wiggles with every touch. The screws are a super soft material, I tried unscrewing one and my screwdriver obliterated the hole like butter. My monitor started tipping on its own, I tried tightening the screw very slightly and apparently it ripped the threads and couldn't hold the monitor anymore, it just dangled. If you're still thinking don't buy this crap! Revain Basics was much better. This is very very bad.
