I like notifications on my wrist. It's nice to be able to view text messages or see who's calling. When I'm about to answer or answer, I pick out my phone, but during a call or class I'm teaching to check the clock is much more natural and unobtrusive. Once a week to charge. Anyway, I take my watch off to work in the garden so I just pop it on the charger and I'm done when I finish my gardening. When I plugged it into the charger this week after a few weeks of use, it was still >%30. The screen is easy to read in any light. While the backlight can be difficult to activate at times, it's nice to be able to see when it's dark. The hands are also luminescent, making them visible even when the backlight is off. I think using patterns as the background works best and I love the carbon fiber background in the image. I enjoy using the fitness tracking features, although I didn't think I would use them. I love having a timer and use it often. The menu system in the watch is small but functional. The application is easy and pleasant to use. All in all, this is my favorite smartwatch that I recommend and use. I don't feel like I need to make calls or use voice messages on my wrist. I like notifications, weather, and some fitness tracking. That's smart enough for me.
