Bought to fix my 28" 4K Samsung QLED monitor as I used to have a desktop stand that took up too much space. Assembly was fairly easy, although I encountered a specific issue with my monitor: when reassembling, the up/down swing arm was causing issues with my monitor due to the nature of the monitor's built-in mounting system, preventing my monitor from moving down towards mine tilt monitor. like it, even to the point that it's tilted slightly upwards. After I solved the part that was giving me trouble by simply unscrewing the previous monitor stand bracket, the problem was resolved. Also, the monitor clamp requires a fairly thick table (about 1"-1 1/2"), which wasn't available on my desk. Some extra wood helped solve this problem for me. For those who have alignment issues, I found it helpful to place a small object under the sloping side, which allowed it to level out. Pretty simple solution.
