Complete garbage in my opinion

Opened it up and when I help I hear a rattling inside like there is a cre or part floating around. I've tried everything and I can only get the screen to flicker randomly. Even for a few seconds, none of the menus or other buttons do anything at all. This junk has no support or website so I'm sending it back and buying a reputable brand.
