I read some reviews about ordering wide shoes and they are not really wide. My 3.5 year old daughter wears shoe size 7-8 and her size 7 fits snug, I also suspect her feet are a bit wider than average so I ordered 8W (based on reviews that the width is quite not wide ) and I agree that they are of normal width, even though the label says 8 watts. However, I'm very glad I ordered the wide ones because if they were narrower I think she would have blistered. The shoes appear to be well made, they are absolutely adorable. I also think it's worth noting that there is a rubber connecting band underneath the straps so I can tie them on and she can put them on and take them off without my help. I may have missed it in the description, but it's a notable feature.
