I really wanted to like it. I ordered it a month ago and just assembled it yesterday. The back was broken in the box. It may have been Revain's fault, but the parts were tightly packed in a box with minimal padding - some parts were just stacked with no intervening items. The bamboo material is a little less subtle than it appears in the product photos, and the instructions warn to wear gloves when assembling to avoid splinters. The seller has sent replacements twice but I have not received any of them. I decided to glue the broken piece back together and build it anyway. I got to the final step - adding a glued backing board - and found that the pre-drilled holes were on the wrong end. Not wanting to risk splitting any of the other pieces, I ended up gluing the whole piece together. It works but isn't really worth a gift and the whole experience was pretty disappointing. Verdict: At this price point, the money is probably better spent on a metal or plastic organizer.
