Great product at an even better price. Just got it in the mail and so far only replaced the magenta cartridge on an Epson XP-820 printer. (The printer will not print until this cartridge is replaced.) Follow the instructions that came with the cartridges. Worked perfectly the first time. No error messages and displays correct ink levels. I printed the page and everything. Several reviewers said the product was good, but they had "cartridges for non-Epson printers" errors that needed to be fixed before printing. It hasn't happened to me, at least not yet. I will continue to monitor and revise this review if anything changes, but so far I am very happy with this purchase. I've only used Epson cartridges before, but they're very expensive compared to these ($70 vs. $17). Now I will buy these cartridges.
