It is not as described. According to the description, a pair of men's shoes fit a size 13. My photos show a pair of normal men's shoes, a size 10.5, and they do not fit. The sidewalls bulge a lot, and no matter how I flipped the shoe or tried to fit it, they didn't stick out into anything. The description also states that there are polypropylene panels at the bottom of all the shelves, but only at the top. the entire shelf and the bottom. Each shelf is an inch deep board but not the full depth of the shelf as shown in the picture and description. Even a pair of shoes deforms the shelf and already puts a strain on the fabric attached to the hooks. I can't imagine anything lasting very long without eventually breaking, especially if you plan on getting your shoes in and out of the holder frequently. The shoe rack I received looks exactly like the comparison shelf picture from the size to the extra fabric labels on the seams of each shelf due to the lack of rigidity.
