Listen-through and ANC functions work well in normal to moderately noisy environments, but not well in noisy environments and high winds. It usually works well enough in a store or car to listen to podcasts and audiobooks without having to crank the volume all the way up, but not always. Again, the problem comes from high noise levels or strong winds that have some feedback issues. Also, the included earbuds were a little uncomfortable, but I replaced them with earbuds from a different headset and that basically fixed the issue. Of course, I had to modify the case a bit to fit the headphones with the new tips in the charger.
