I have four children under the age of 5 so I needed an extra pair of hands especially when getting in and out of shops when we are in busy parking lots. I only use this when I don't have another adult with me, but so far so good. my kids are still having a hard time grasping the concept of "line” so they try to walk side by side and keep the rope in front 🙄 I like the velcro which holds them a bit more than just holding on to the loop. I've only had one time where my two year old fell and it was a disaster as I tried to untangle everyone while watching our disaster! But two are younger than most will use. I call it the chain gangs of my childhood.
