Great foam, soft yet strong. Much better than what I got when I left the doctor after my procedure. Highly recommended. I saw other reviews that said they can be hand washed. It seems they might be, but I can't confirm that. hope they hold up. They feel smooth when they touch my skin between the harmets. UPDATED FROM MY ORIGINAL REVIEW. I took a chance and washed one of my foam sheets in the washing machine with lots of towels and it washed beautifully. I let it air dry but it hasn't lost its shape or size! This is a great product, durable and well made.
