Great price for a seemingly decent pair of bluetooth headphones. The only issue I found was the written instructions in English. I understand that the language of the country of origin is not English, but since headphones are sold in English speaking countries, grammar, spelling and correct words must be important. Poorly written instructions made it difficult to understand how the headphones work. (Good effort!) Aside from not understanding the instructions on first reading, the products work perfectly. Sound quality, looks and functionality match the price. I like that you can switch on the headphones and the pairing starts automatically. Now I can watch TV and let my wife sleep as much as she wants. Oh yeah, if you don't have a Bluetooth TV you can always go back to Revain and buy a very cheap USB transmitter that can help. The only thing needed is the USB port on your TV. This update came a few weeks later. The headphones started to fail and kept disconnecting from a trusted Bluetooth device. I contacted the manufacturer and received an email with questions about the issue. I understand all the reasons a company would ask questions when it comes to a warranty issue. A few days later, another email comes asking for more information. A few weeks later, another, then another. I have answered them all, now quiet. My last post was about my pending bad review if I didn't get a response. Nothing! So we have a product that I rated well at first, and then the product started to fail. I understand the electronics can do just that, but what I can't understand is the lack of care on the part of the manufacturer. With nothing to do, no one to call and stuck with useless gear, all I can suggest is that no one buys this item. What good is it if nobody stands behind your products. I think you get what you pay for. Low price, low quality and worse, VERY poor customer service.
