I used to do microneedling with smaller tools. This made a world of difference. I've seen dark spots next to whiter areas that have lost pigment, totally blurry. Other areas with larger pores are plumper with less visible pores. And finally, I know my serums are getting deeper. I use them all and rotate based on my skin's needs at that time of year/month. I even had areas that completely shed the top layer a few days after using this and my serums. I try to apply it gradually because I move very slowly and do five strokes in the same direction all over and over a quarter of the face, then apply the serum and move on. Advice only!
