Good product. Unless you have a defect

Let me start by saying that I've used HD Glass on every available device since my Galaxy S4. (Today it's the Galaxy S4, iPhone 5s, Galaxy S6, and now the Tab A. This family of products eliminated two problems with early-generation Zagg products: screen resolution and tactile feel. You tip your cup and it hits the HD Glass .The glass broke under the impact but the phone (S6) screen was absolutely flawless underneath. The warranty claim was quick and easy as my replacement glass arrived in just a few days. The reason I deducted a star was because because as a product of this particular article. When I installed HD Glass on my Tab A, there were dozens of weird, thread-like voids under the glass. My first guess was human error...for my part, but I'm meticulous (obsessive-compulsive disorder, actually ) in getting it right and I've never had it before so I took the device to the Geek Squad to get their opinion on these things on a daily basis so they need to know if it's after something aussi eht I can use, or after a product failure. The technician said he had never seen such cavities/bubbles and recommended that I file a warranty claim. Zagg fulfilled his promise to replace the glass as soon as possible, no questions asked. I took the replacement back to Geek Squad for installation and the second had the same problem as the first. So the tech replaced it with one of Best Buy's shelves and had the same problem. It wasn't until we opened the fourth jar that we found one that had no problems. This product does the job and Zagg's warranty process and customer service is amazing. But this particular product had some manufacturing issues.
