Awesome environment and compiler + free community edition = awesome experience
This is an amazing tool for creating your own sound synthesis / music software! I used it during my time at university when coding in F# with Reaktor (the best VST platform). This really helped me as a beginner since there are no predefined libraries/modules that you have to create by yourself from scratch - it's just raw code which you can compile into a "sound" if needed. It was very useful for quickly prototyping something without having to spend ages writing basic synth modules (noise? oscillators?). Also great for self-learning how computers work :D The UI could be improved though - at first impression I thought this software would run only on Windows OS, but later found out about Mac version too. So far so good :) You will definitely need some knowledge of programming before using this product - don't expect super easy setup.

- It's a great tool for self learning though :) Also, I don't really need it for my work, but it would be great if I could run it on a Mac, too
