It is very easy to use and understand. I can check my pull requests from anywhere without making any changes to my local repo or working copy. Also, it's great for private repositories where you don't want people to see your codebase. Sometimes I get notifications about PRs that are not mine so I have to go through all of them to find out which one belongs to me. If you have many PRs then it may slow down the service. You should definitely try it if you want to work with open source projects. We're using it in our company for a long time now and we haven't found anything bad. We're solving some problems related to managing PRs and reviewing them.
