Quickfinger doesn't help!

I gave this product a high rating for its comfort and ease of use, but I cannot recommend it for treating fingers and triggers. This finger splint works when you are trying to keep your finger straight because of a fracture. But it absolutely makes the trigger finger worse! Not moving your finger is not the answer. My ring finger was so bad that after a few nights in this splint I could barely bend my finger! And a lot of pain! I went online and found exercises specifically for the trigger finger. I've been doing these exercises multiple times a day and now I can straighten my finger and clench my fist! Without pain! This treatment works and fixes the problem! Snap finger is caused by shortened tendons, and you need to stretch the tendons to release the blockage that occurs with this condition. Tendons are affected in both the arm and hand. You have to stretch all those tendons to fix the fingers. I was contemplating surgery and had two trigger trips which I would not have had if I had known about it at the time! That's because doctors don't tell you anything about these exercises! Try these exercises before treating your trigger finger in any other way.
