Advertised as SPT-1, these cables are actually SPT-2. You can see in my photos that the product actually has three labels stacked on top of each other. The top (visible) label says "SPT-1"; but the bottom label says "SPT-2". And if you look closely at the markings on the cable (requires really good lighting and vision and/or a magnifying glass) it's clearly marked "SPT-2". (FYI, the SPT-2 wire is significantly thicker than the SPT-1 wire, so if you are replacing the SPT-1 wire in a lamp (e.g.) the holes and channels that the wire goes through will match may not go into the thicker cable, so be careful.) (Note to Revain: Need a way to give ZERO STARS for something that's totally unacceptable. Or maybe skull and crossbones. :-) )
