This device was not secure. Red is hot, I have the exact same model in blue and have never had a problem. It is 6 months old and it is great anyway, it made me want to increase the confidence of the seneca in the red that I just bought from January 3rd to 20th. My daughter is crying because she thought she did something wrong by grabbing it and burning her hand. Now I know they get hot, even at the heat limit. No problem. The thing was so hot that I let go of it and winced as I grabbed it myself. I let it cool down, tried my blue one (same model) and it still came out scorching hot. Now I can't find the package. Will end up eating this.
