
When I first got the cables I was EXCITED that there were finally fast charge cables AND CLAIMED they could fast charge from ANY USB, which is not true! As soon as I plugged it in, my tablet showed a slow charging message until I used a fast charger, but not in the car. We seem to be able to do it, but less than a week later the end that plugs into the phone is already bent and the cable is no longer good. Thank goodness I bought 2 lol so I can get at least 1 back and out of the car until I find and order another cable that hopefully does WHAT IT SAYS! (UPDATE UPDATE!) The replacement cable has already been sent and she took very good care of me to fix a situation that was not her fault so I definitely want everyone to know not to abandon Anker , even if you have problems with the support team. First, they will fix almost any situation you might have with their products. Overall very happy with the replacement cables and my experience with Anker, a very good honest company! Because of the way it's been treated, from 1 star to 4, you can't expect not to have a faulty cable from time to time, but they do honor the warranty and quickly send out a replacement if you happen to have a bad one get 1 That's all you can expect from a good company!
