Had one in the office and they did a great job untangling the cables. The staff started complaining about disconnected lines on 3 of my phones. I assumed they had done some troubleshooting so I ordered 3 new phones. After installing and attaching these detanglers, new phones were also cut out. So I went through all these difficulties to find out that these things were bad. The cords looked good. Edit: I was initially mad at myself for not diagnosing the problem before buying new phones. This company was very quick to respond to refunds or replacements and explained that there could be faulty products from time to time. I give 4 stars for customer service.
