I have several stainless steel water bottles now. I wanted a smaller stainless steel water bottle to carry on my bike and it needed to be short and light, which is just perfect. My bike is blue so I brought a light blue water bottle. It's great and it works well in South Florida. I have found that I have to use stainless steel water bottles here as the water in the bottle heats up quickly in the hot sun. Sometimes the outside of the bottle gets very hot after being in the sun for a while, but the water inside stays very cold. It stays cold all day and by then I've used up and refilled the water. I'm attaching a photo of it showing it in relation to my Kindle Fire and the large stainless steel water bottle I have. This cute little blue water bottle holds exactly 1 measuring cup of liquid. It weighs 6-5/8 oz without liquid so feels very light. The water bottle is really strong since I dropped it. I also have a bottle strap to wear over my shoulder when I want to have a water bottle and be hands free and it fits snugly. I always hand wash my stainless steel water bottles, but to be honest I don't wash them every day, I just rinse them as they are just water. I use a bottle brush when I wash thoroughly. So I think that the beautiful color will last a very long time. i really like it
