I love this body pillow! She is not pregnant but her lower back is very sore from an old injury. It supports my back and arms as I sleep on my side. It's like being in a cocoon. Also, it keeps my back warm while I sleep. I love the foldable leg piece as I can bend it to fit between my knees or keep it straight when I'm sitting in bed reading. If I need to get out of bed, I just flip part of my leg over the bed and get out. When I sit up in bed, I pull the pillow up and it supports both my neck and back. I'm so glad I bought it and it's a great price!
