Great product at a bargain price

Purchased white and pink waxed thread for a leather project using 9 oz (3.9mm) leather. The suture holes were made with a 3/32 inch hole punch. The waxed thread was sewn up with a saddle needle (3/0). It was found that both colored threads have a uniform color with no visible inhomogeneities. The thread has been waxed and while this can be very subjective depending on the user and application, for me the wax was mild. Definitely obvious to touch. The thread went through the skin smoothly, without lumps and jams. The thread stayed intact throughout the sewing process with no splitting/splitting of the threads. To test its strength, it did not break when stretched. Threads 1mm, but not as tight as other comparable sized waxed threads I've used. There were no issues tying and after trimming the ends it stayed intact. Overall, the thread worked very well and I'm happy with the outcome. I recommend this waxed leather thread especially for larger projects. It's economical and the quality doesn't suffer.
