I run over 180 km a month. I'm halfway through training. I needed a fuel belt to help on longer runs. My old belt that I used when I ran the whole marathon could not be found. I am ordering a belt based on reviews. Compared to my old belt, this belt has two BIG drawbacks. He stands up and while walking, the bottles hit his hands. The buckle on this belt is cheap which means you cannot securely tighten the belts around your waist. The tape material is slippery. The combination causes this strap to rise as you run. This causes the bottles to bounce with every spin, which is uncomfortable. This also causes the bottles to rise into your hands. This changes your running form as you have to raise your arms to avoid the bottles. Look for alternative straps. That doesn't fit the purpose.
