Waste of time and money! This company lost my business! There doesn't seem to be a way to contact anyone to ask questions and/or get a replacement. I immediately started looking for my documents. I put my old drum back in and everything is fine. I still need a drum for my printer, this company only gives a 30 day guarantee. Not cool guys! I always like to have products on hand to swap out if needed and sometimes it takes me months to use them so I will not be buying from this company again. There are other companies that offer a better guarantee/warranty and will happily replace a defective item.
