Built-in shorts. Super sweet.

The skirt is very cute. Quality, well made. Built in shorts, amazing! My almost 10 year old loves it. She is very thin and short for her age. She has 7 in Cat and Jack on target, and the little one is a bit loose. She wore it with suspenders as part of her Halloween costume so it was fine but without them it would have been too loose for her.
