This hat is cute. We bought it for our kid for a trip. However, he claims that it should fit 38cm and it is definitely not true. My daughter's head circumference is just over 38cm and this hat is too big for even the smallest size. We can still get some use out of it, but ultimately we're waiting for it to evolve into that.
- This hat fits me perfectly, I have a very small head so I can't wear adult hats, I have to order hats from the children's department.
- It may not be suitable for cold weather or windy conditions
