I've been regularly supplementing with vitamins. The diversity was a big selling point for me, so I decided to get these. I've exhausted most possibilities, often repeatedly. Neither Adam from New nor Optimen can match the nutritional value of the standard Maxler. The manufacturer's website (which is really lame) suggests using it within three weeks. After only three weeks, the heels had already started to break apart. The only thing riboflavin does is discolor urine. I saw no change at all. Without finishing the entire bottle, I decided to quit taking it. After taking the basic Maxler he felt better right away; his sleep, anxiousness, potency, and concentration all returned to normal. That is my overall point of view. Supplements aren't something you should take, in my opinion. To everyone's success!
