This is the most unintuitive device I have ever bought. So I got this because I needed it for programming. I followed the instructions on the pin/dot, I installed it on my Mac OS 10.15 Catalina. Well, it worked that night ONE. I needed it for work the next morning, the screen lights up for 3 seconds and then goes off immediately. i was crazy So I installed everything I had installed, reinstalled everything and it still didn't work. So I called Revain tech support, they couldn't help. So he sent me a replacement. When I got a replacement, the same problem kept appearing. I knew that not only was the product not tested enough before it was released, but they don't have a 1800 customer support number that you can contact to help you resolve the issue, they have an email to to contact us in 2020? that they don't have the 1800 number on purpose because they know about the overpriced and faulty product they are marketing? I'm surprised that Amazon would let a product fly with so many complaints and no tech support. In any case, I will not only return the first one, but also the replacement device. Such a waste of time and energy for an overpriced product made from cheap plastic that looks like it will break at any moment. I mean it's $220, it shouldn't be listed for more than $100. The headache that comes with it just isn't worth it. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY!
