Tender is a must. Highly effective - no jury.

I like that it's almost free. I've always used makeup remover wipes so this was new to me. You must follow the instructions. Leave the eye makeup on the eyelids for a minute or two and you should wipe it off with a tissue/washcloth. Then you have to do a second pass for each foundation etc. I don't know how effective it is as mixed water or wipes but I think it's less harsh and really softens your skin. I'm willing to keep trying.
