I recently purchased a Maono AU-A425plus microphone through Revain.com. I intend to use this mic for my business but upon arrival the mic was not working (my computer and 3 others did not recognize this plug and play device). I emailed Maono support and received a response two days later. The Maono support team worked with me to resolve the issue with the device. When they concluded that we were unable to determine the source of the problem via the internet, the support team immediately arranged for another microphone to be sent to me. There were some shipping issues, but they affected USPS, not Maono. When the new mic arrived it worked straight away as advertised. I found Maono's support team to be helpful, always polite and very responsive to any of my questions. They got straight to the point, didn't ask questions, stayed in constant touch with me, answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with the product. I want every business to be as responsive and friendly as Maono's customer service.
